If there is a problem with your order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within <b>7<\/b> calendar days for a refund, a credit on your account or an exchange for another item of the same price, considering that original packing isn\u2019t opened and\/or damaged. To obtain a Return Authorization Number call our Customer Service at <strong>+971505969310<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n<p>We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Product(s) should be:<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Returned within <b>7<\/b> calendar days from the shipping date.<\/p>\n<p>In good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories.<\/p>\n<p>Received in sellable conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on the copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box.<\/p>\n<p>All returns will be inspected and must be <b>100% complete<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>All free items included with a specific promo product purchase must be returned as well to receive the credit.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">When buying in wholesale quantities, but returning less than original quantity without product exchange, remaining quantity will be calculated using next higher price level and difference will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It is the customer\u2019s sole responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to <b>INDI NAILS PORTAL<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Products are sold for Professional Use Only<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>We reserve the right to verify and ask for proof of your current professional license such as salon owner, cosmetology, nail technician, instructor, or student.
